Our Motto
Our official Good Ship motto is: We believe in trees!
Why?
Our unofficial motto is a lot longer, but says a lot more about the ship and its sailors than the "trees" bit: Welcome to the Good Ship, where Voldemort sings Britney Spears, EVERYTHING is more than is strictly decent, trees rule, rocks don't speak and the psychiatrist is crazier than you are!
We just don't like to scare people away right off the bat.

Why We Believe in Trees
Ah, trees. Our most recognizable trademark.
"We believe in trees" is a long story I will now shorten for you. We were asked when we started shipping R/Hr. I said that I didn't actually ship for a long time because it was so obvious to me. It was like saying trees exist. There is no question that trees exist; therefore, using that metaphor, there is no question that R/Hr is in the books. The phrase, though, was actually coined by Michelle Ravel. We used it as a thread title awhile back.

Chocolate Body Paint
Ah, chocolate body paint. Well, Neil seems to be the king of this. This explanation is to the best of Lav's recollection. The Good Ship has decided that Older!R/Hr would be quite kinky in their own right, due in great part to chocolate body paint, available at a Honeydukes near you.
Neil, King of Chocolate Body Paint (because of his experience in that department...?), wrote a ficlet to pay homage to said chocolate-based adult item. Of course, since this is Neil and chocolate we're talking about, the fic is rated NC-17. If you really want to see said fic, you need to contact Neil (TheElderWyrm) yourself.
